Payment method: We happily accept cash, bank transfer and PayPal (preferable for those outside of the UK). Usually you take a first lesson and pay for it on an individual basis either in advance or at the end of the lesson. Afterwards, if you are happy with our teaching and decide to continue, blocks of lessons are booked and paid up front at a special discounted rate.
Cancellation, lateness and non-arrival: We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. It is your responsibility to be present (whether in person or online) punctually at the time of your confirmed booking and to be present throughout the time you have booked, unless you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice. If you arrive late, fail to arrive or cancel your confirmed booking with less than 24 hours notice, a full fee will be applied for all the time you have booked, this is irrespective of circumstance. NO exceptions.
If we are obliged to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be rearranged for a time that is mutually convenient for both Student and Tutor.
If you have a busy schedule or work unpredictable hours, we are flexible and you do not necessarily have to take your lessons at the same time/date every time. We will work around your schedule but please do bear in mind that we require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Refunds: Strictly no refunds are given unless the services purchased are not able to be delivered as agreed. Please check your commitments before enrolling.
